Elia’s Restaurant is celebrating its first Greek Cuisine Award of Toques d’Or 2016 and welcomes you every Tuesday and Wednesday of Summer season 2016 with a degustation menu combined with a selection of fine wines!


The 2016 menus are curated by the awarded Executive Chef Nikolaos Stavrakakis. This year he welcomes you to Skiathos to enjoy a magical dining experience and explore the secrets of the Mediterranean cuisine.


The chef suggests delicious, modern dishes with the intensity and purity of the authentic Greek cuisine, such as the following:

  • Veloute soup of courgettes with homemade ketchup and poached egg.
  • King Marlin fish ceviche in “dolma” flavors.
  • Greek gyros Ramen with buckwheat noodles.
  • Carob chocolate soufflé like a Greek coffee.

Our Chef

Nikolaos Stavrakakis, the Executive Chef, from Mandraki Village Boutique Hotel exploits the twelve year experience in gastronomy field and his Cretan decent, to create dishes with clear Greek sign, characterized by delicious depth and balance.
